The house has a great location
Our group of friends stayed here for a weekend in July. Toby went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us out throughout the weekend. The house has a great location right on the bay and was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed grilling out and while watching the sunset. Thanks Toby

We had a blast!!!!
This place is just great and Toby is an excellent host! The location is hard to beat with the home right on the inter-coastal and only about two blocks from the white sand Clearwater Beach. A dock is right there as well to enjoy morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. My son fished off the dock as well. We saw dolphins and manatees from the dock daily. Toby also has kayaks that he let's his guest use so you can go right from the dock and explore. The kitchen is stocked with pans, dishes, full size fridge, wine fridge, cook top, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other amenities. We ate breakfast and lunch every day there and also cooked dinner a couple nights - plenty of space to cook with a few people in the open kitchen area and also dining space to eat. Also, with the patio there is additional eating space. There is a gas grill for cooking as well. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept the entire home very comfortable. We had 6 adults (2 parents and 4 adult children) and everyone got their own bedroom. More than this and people will double up. But we had plenty of room to be together or also do some alone time. We were never on top of one another. The location is great for walking to restaurants and Toby will help you with all the best spots. We had a car for a few days to get settled, groceries etc and then returned it because you can walk to so many places. The Trolley is easy to use and UBER and Lyft are available. Toby is an excellent host who makes sure you are completely taken care of for all things. I met great people staying at his other condos, everyone was friendly and made it feel like a community - which is what is so great about Airbnb! We had a blast!!!!

It is a great location
We had a great time staying at Toby's place. It is a great location, quiet, good views of sunrise, walking distance to the park and the beach (about 5 short blocks to the beach). The beach access that is closest to the house is also very nice, a little quieter than other parts of the beach (which in our mind is a bonus!). The house was spacious and and a lovely back patio that we spent a fair amount of time on. We stayed with 11 people, 6 of whom were kids (12, 11, 5, 3, 2, and 2), and had plenty of space and plenty of privacy. The house was kid friendly as long as your kids can navigate stairs. Since laundry wasn't included, we used this great wash and fold place up the street (which in a lot of ways is better than having to do it yourself!). There are a few minor things that disappointed us - like very limited cleaning supplies, poorer quality towels, some doors that didn't latch properly. I would have liked to have better anticipated that there wasn't much for cooking ingredients (only salt/pepper, no other seasonings), beach gear (no toys, a couple of beach chairs, no beach towels), and not much in the way of toiletries (no conditioner/bar soaps/body soap).

Big and beautiful 6000 SF home, direct waterfront on Clearwater Beach. party's of 10 to 16 people . NO NEED FOR A CAR !! Large patio overlooking the water. Fishing, biking, boating, paddelboards, we have it all. Perfect for all types of events.
The Space
We are the ONLY house on the beach that is direct waterfront with docks and water access that can accommodate groups larger than 10 people.
We have a 5 night minimum.
Guest Access
Our location is located within walking distance of everything on Clearwater Beach. Dining, shopping, sports such as fishing , Paddleboards, bikes etc
The Neighborhood
We are located on the edge of the single family neighborhood but close and walking distance to everything. It's quiet and private. Large dock area and many amenities.
Getting Around
Jolly Trolley stops directly in front of our property . We also have " Florida free ride" available.
Other Things to Note
The State of Florida has a 13% tax on rentals (7% State and 6% county/city)
We will collect the tax at checkin time
