This location on Captiva is one of the best: across the street to the beach, down the stairs or elevator to the pool or boat dock for fishing or kayaking, and only a short walk to the village for restaurants and shopping. Two fishing kayaks are included and are easily launched right behind the unit for paddling, fishing, or exploring the kayak trail through Buck Key. In the mornings and really throughout the day, watch the boats go in and out the Roosevelt Channel to Tween Waters and the Intracoastal Waterway. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets...this sweet unit really has it all! The open kitchen is well equipped with All Clad cookware and all new kitchenware. The spacious living/dining area opens onto a large lanai overlooking the bay. Fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the bay in the master bedroom with king bed and new "Westin Heavenly" mattress. There is a small private master bath with walk in shower and a large walk in closet. Your family or friends will also be comfortable in the guest bedroom with two full beds and new smart TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination ideal for little ones. There is also a washer and dryer for your personal use, so you can make it with one small carry on! Boat docking is available right at your doorstep: no need to worry about your boat in the night, because you can see it right from your room. There is also a large heated pool in the complex with great new decking. Watch the dolphins and manatees from the lanai or the dock, fish, swim, go to the beach for shells or sun, and walk down to Captiva Village for all your shopping and dining needs... or maybe just relax with a book on the lanai.
