Captiva Beach Villa 2126
our stay at the Villa was a very positive experience. We had a cold spell but the warmer days we ate our meals out on the lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean. the kitchen was pretty well-stocked. I stayed for three weeks and enjoyed every moment. Perhaps the only negative would be that I hadn't realized there was no elevator. Having had recent rotator cuff surgery I found it difficult to carry belongings up and down. (It was in the description-I just didn't notice it)

This beachfront condo is more than just a vacation rental. It has been our personal beachfront vacation home for more than a decade. Rebuilt after Hurricane in 2005 and newly redecorated in Island Style. This upper level villa provides a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from your screened lanai. Miles of sand on Captiva’s Sunset Beach are just a stroll down the short board walk.
This newly renovated second floor (walk up) Beach Villa is located on the Gulf of Mexico within beautiful South Seas Island Resort. This is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom spacious loft unit. Private master bedroom with King bed, full bathroom, and loft sitting area with pull-out sofa bed occupy the second floor. Downstairs, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a great room sleeper sofa sleeps 2 if needed.
