The unit sits right on a lake and directly behind is a small playground for children.
The floor plan of Barrier Dunes 133 is as follows: Ground level: Foyer, owner storage, parking First level: Living room with a queen sleeper sofa, fireplace and sliding doors onto a large deck that overlooks the lake, there is also a TV/VCR/DVD. Also on the first level is the dining area that seats 6, and a bar with 2 stools. Fully equipped kitchen. 1/2 bath. Second Level: Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, TV, VCR with a full bath and deck overlooking the lake. Washer and Dryer closet. Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds, TV, full bath and private deck overlooking the playground. Third level: Master bedroom with king bed, TV/VCR/DVD, deck overlooking the lake and master bath with his/her vanity, step down tub and separate shower.
