This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath beachfront home has been updated with new flooring, appliances, cabinets, paint, modern electronics and many more. The uniqueness of this home comes from original artwork and handmade furnishings created by the owners, not your cookie cutter beach home.
It is located directly on the beach, in one of the most desired parts of the Cape beaches. It comfortably accommodates 10 with a private bottom level bedroom. It is also located next to our rental, Footprints, so there is plenty of room for large family stays. This unit is Pet Friendly with a $100.00 deposit -Dogs Only.
The floor plan is as follows, Ground level: Bedroom 1-2 twin beds, full bath, deck, outdoor shower, parking & laundry room. First level: Open living with a new 42” LCD HDTV, DVD, dining and kitchen area facing the Gulf; 1/2 bath; Bedroom 2-gulf front master bedroom with a king bed, 32" TV, full bath and balcony entrance. Covered deck and open deck. Second level: Bedroom 3-queen bed; Bedroom 4- with a king bed and deck facing the Gulf; Bedroom 5-queen bed; and full bath.
Extras: Directly on the Gulf, 2 covered decks and open deck. (1) 42” LCD HDTV, (1) 32" LCD TV, DVD, CD player, washer/dryer, Satellite TV with remote, and new private boardwalk.
