Built high on a dune, you’ll have breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and newly restored beach from the expansive deck, screened porch or from nearly every window. This comfortable beach house has many amenities for the whole family. Enjoy coffee from the private balcony off the master bedroom, curl up in the papasan chair with a book from the house collection, or slip away to the “Captain’s Quarters” -- a private nook -- for a nap, to play one of the many board games provided or to just relax and take in the spectacular view.
Floor Plan: 1st level-dining area, kitchen, ½ bath with washer/dryer and living room with TV, VCR/DVD and an entrance onto a gulf front deck and screened porch. 2nd level-Bedroom 1-a children’s room with 2 sets of bunk beds; Bedroom 2-a double bed and full bath; and Bedroom 3-a gulf front master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, VCR, gulf front balcony.
The house is located just a short drive or bicycle ride to the St. Joseph State Park where you can find nature at it’s best. It is also located next door to Mango Sunset house if you are looking for accommodations for a large group.
