The stretch of beach that this property sits on has just been reconstructed with beautiful white sand. Alta Vista was designed for the comfort of large or multiple families. The spacious two story home has 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 separate kitchens, an upstairs game/media room, 2 separate living and dining areas and will easily accommodate 16. The home has 160 feet of beach frontage and has ample outside deck space, deck furniture and screened outside dining to accommodate all.
Some amenities include a DVD collection, board games, outside shuffleboard set, beach chairs, multiple TV/DVD/CD players, gas grill, covered parking and wireless Internet.
