It is located in one of the most desired areas of Cape San Blas, the Secluded Dunes Community, and overlooks 160 feet of the same very private beach which was voted #1 by Dr. Beach. The views of the Gulf of Mexico and the St. Joseph State Park are unbelievable. The stretch of beach that this property sits on has just been reconstructed with beautiful white sand. This part of the Cape faces west and the sunsets from the deck with its love seats or from the screened in dining area are amazing. Beach chairs are provided. There is a shuffle board court under the house along side a covered play area. Book your family getaway today! Will rent monthly in January & February.
