The pool and Lanai of this Cape Coral house have a southerly exposure and the pool has both solar and electric heat to maintain comfortable year round temperatures. Our dock can accommodate a 60 foot Yacht and has both 50 & 30 Amp electric service as well as a dockside shower. Three kayak's (2 single & a tandem) are available for a slight additional fee.
