The house was very nice.
Kevin and Shirley are great. So nice to work with. I would definitely rent from them again. Our stereo didn't work and when you go on vacation you have to have music to relax to. Kevin promptly went out and got us a new one. Thank you Kevin!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Karen and John

Great House, Great Location
We can't say enough about our stay at this home. We were able to enjoy it for a month and every day we were dazzled by the beautiful sunsets. It was well stocked, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We did need to contact them about an issue and they were there promptly and everything was taken care of. The location is great and my husband and I enjoyed walks through the neighborhood. We were half an hour/forty minutes from multiple beaches and could get to a beach on the river within 10 minutes. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely rent it again.

sunshine and water
We loved the home and the pool area that looked out on to the lake. The canoe and the bikes were a great treat too. We even saw a pair of dolphins one evening The kitchen and dining area are bright and full of light. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Kevin was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. Thanks for a great Florida vacation in the Fort Meyers area. Here's hoping we can rent the place again.

Perfect Family Getaway
Kevin and Shirley are wonderful hosts, tending to our needs with efficiency and kindness. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking, the patio was a balm as we enjoyed the antics of the jumping fish, the birdlife and the peace and quiet. The house was spacious and comfortable with a much needed laundry room. Big plus is the close proximity to Rotary Park, which was our daily, morning outing with kids and dog. Pool was cold but still usable on very hot afternoons. This rental fit the bill and we had a very enjoyable winter getaway for a month.
