We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Florida Feelings. We had no issues at all while we were there. The home is very clean and inviting. We arrived very late on our check in date, so we made use of the grocery delivery service - thanks to Charlie. We were looking for a very relaxing vacation, so we spent a lot of time swimming in the pool, but the location is still great for visiting surrounding beaches and outlet malls. We made one day trip to Naples for a boat tour. Our kids want to move to Florida! If we find ourselves visiting Cape Coral again, we will not hesitate to book our stay here again.

The property was outstanding and beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay very much. The villa was close to many restaurants and things to do. My recommendation is to rent this villa with peace of mind.

The property was lovely, no complaints.
We stayed in this lovely house , on a beautiful, quiet canal, for the month of February and so enjoyed it. The property was close to restaurants, shopping and easy access to Fort Myers and other interesting and fun places. The neighborhood was safe for walking and biking. I highly recommend this vacation property.

A perfect vacation
My family of 7 stayed for 1 week in Villa Florida Feelings and we just loved our stay! The villa is so nice and comfy.The rooms are spacious and fresh and there's lots of space for 7 grownups. The pool is amazing and the view from the sundeck is so beautiful. The owner Dominique is very keen to fulfill her commitments and to make our stay as nice as possible and she answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly to make sure there we're no misunderstandings. We give this house out best recomendations.

Large and luxurious villa in Southern style with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en suite pool with outdoor shower) on a sailboat canal to the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Cape Coral. A dream for boaters - no lock and no bridges.
The villa was renovated in 2014 and very tastefully decorated, it is allergen environment, there are no carpets, the entire house is tiled. The tropical garden is pure Florida.
The living area is approximately 200 square meters. Large panoramic windows make the rooms flood with light. The sliding glass doors can be fully opened. In the large elegant living room has an entertainment system, a flat screen TV and 2 leather sofas with relaxation function.Enjoy your breakfast in the dining room with 8 seats or at the breakfast bar. A fully furnished large high-end kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances leaves nothing to be desired.
In the office (4th bedroom) with high-speed wireless Internet access is a desk.
All rooms are equipped with TV and fans. There are in the house, the master bedroom with king size bed, 2 Queen and 2 Single beds a room.For your comfort and a great night's sleep we all have beds with memory foam mattresses.
Its extra-large terrace with swimming pool has (heated with electric heat pump) in the covered seating area to the dining table, a comfortable lounge where guests can relax, as well as the large gas grill. The fan over the dining table offers you a pleasant stay on hot days. Also plenty of loungers for sunbathing are available. Due to the oversized loose strive window screen - you have an unobstructed impressive magical water views - watch the dolphins or just enjoy the tropical garden with tall coconut trees. Through the west-facing, you can enjoy the sunsets from the pool. The grill is ideal for a barbecue. The cozy lounge by the pool, relax after a beautiful Florida evening.
Washer and dryer are also made of the latest generation.
For the colder months, we have a solar cover for the pool. For guests with small children, the pool is secured with a fence before arrival (demarcation between the pool and terrace).
A cot and highchair we can provide.
For your beach trip you are stand chairs and a parasol.
Thanks to West location on saltwater canal with direct access to the sea you are with the boat in about 10 minutes in the Gulf of Mexico.The shatterproof boat deck with the Captain's Walk is equipped with a lift. The sunsets you can enjoy by the pool or on the pier. This is also ideal for sunbathing and fishing.
Very central location, just minutes to shopping and restaurants in a quiet side street with no through traffic with well maintained villa in a very good neighborhood.
