The Villa Venetian is located in a quiet upscale area in the southwest of Cape Coral on Surfesite and was acquired by us in October 2016th
The Villa Venetian is the only house that is considered foreign property in the area. We are the only foreigners who own a home in this area. For the reason, we ask you to stick to the local customs and to hold your party outside. THANK YOU!
The exclusive style of Villa Venetian , and the high standard of development and the well-kept landscaping with palm trees, tropical plants, and a perfect lawn that is Villa Venetian with other houses are hardly comparable.
Interior Villa Venetian: With great attention to detail we have met this challenge and accepted this, therefore, the villa was in November and December 2016 fully furnished and redesigned in the field Interior furnishing. The result leaves nothing to be desired. The Villa Venetian was set up so that we could at any time by you directly move in and live. Therefore we kindly ask you as tenants to take care of all interior and exterior facilities as if it were your property.
Outside Villa Ventian: Even the outdoor area was not neglected by the total renovation. All tropical plants, palm trees and flowers have been adapted and made more attractive. At night the shines Villa Venetian with the opulent lighting and you feel good in warm colors.
Pool and terrace Villa Venetian: The entire pool area has been completely renovated. The existing Cage was renovated 100% and with new screen which has more visibility. A high light is certainly our new pool water treatment plant. The salt water system which is automatically produces an ideal blend just for people with skin problems, the solution of choice. Not enough. In January 2017, the entire new floor terrace was built which color and style to Villa Venetian excellent to match.
This relaxed atmosphere in typical US lifestyle makes for an unforgettable holiday in Sunstate Florida Lee County.
