The tropical dream is a perfect place to stay. It is a very complete house and because of the details in the house and around the pool, you feel like you are on the beach. Its a nice and calm area and the mall is just around the corner.

We loved it!
The villa "tropical dream" was just perfect for us. The amazing pool hasnt been mentioned enough before... it is just the greatest place for relaxing. Everything else in and around the house was also perfect. The organisation was great, everything was very clean and the house was well equipped. Watching TV or listening to music at the pool with some outdoor speakers, swimming at night in the illuminated pool, riding one of the provided bikes to the nearby Publics.... we just miss it. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Tropical Dream in February
The location is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, fast food, etc. The villa is located on a quiet street with no through traffic. The pool and spa are wonderful. The house was very clean and appeared to have been sanitized. Seaside Property was very efficient and professional. They addressed our television problem immediately. Checkin and checkout were very easy. We wil be returning for our third year at Villa Tropical Dream.

Tropical Dream Reality
Tropical Dream stay was everything we could have imagined and then some. We enjoyed our 7 nights there and are looking forward to staying again. The host was great, felt like home away from home but still a great vacation. We look forward to staying there and other homes with CCVS!!

Villa Tropical Dream, a dream villa with a very special character.
The pool area has a special flair- you feel like in a tropical oasis. Tiki hut, bar and comfortable lounge chairs, and a Jacuzzi - all is available.
Seven people can be accommodated, living room with dining area, comfortable kitchen, office with sofa bed, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, nothing is missing.
You will be enchanted by the unique atmosspahre at Villa Tropical Dream.
About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
