Dream of a few!
I was there with my wife and my 2 children (19 & 21 years old). The house was in perfect conditions with a lovely and cozy decoration. Especially the dock with the Tiki Hut was amazing to relax at and watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the house was rented out during the Christmas break 2019 we had to choose another home. Otherwise, we would have been happy to go there again.

Ever better than the photos
Absolutely loved this villa. It was larger than we expected. The housekeeping was fantastic. Everything there you could need. Very tastefully decorated. The pool, tiki bar and views were incredible. Location is great - beautiful neighborhood, walking to Duffy’s sports bar and close driving access to the expressway and the Marina and yacht club. Thank you to CCVS for their efficiency in booking the villa, to the local property management team who keep this place immaculate and finally the owners who let us and others enjoy it!

EXCELLENT RENTAL HOME
This was an absolute beautiful home to stay for our vacation. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool during the day. The evenings we spent down at the Tiki Hut listening to music, enjoying the beautiful sunsets and fishing from the dock. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the home. Very clean and bright decor. Best beach to visit was Bowman's Beach and Captiva. The wiring of money and communication with owners and property management was top notch. Beautiful vacation home
We absolutely loved the Thunderbird Villa. From start to finish with booking, travel, vacation and receiving our deposit. This is a clean beautiful home that is a small paradise in itself. We spent a lot of time in the pool and down at the TIKI which is a relaxing place to be at night. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in your home and to the management for a smooth process. We will definitely be back.

About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
