Amazing Stay
We absolutely loved our stay in this magnificent property. The Villa was spotless, the interior areas were tastefully decorated, and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and serverware. The lanai and caged pool was a true pleasure to use and relax. The boat was a definite plus and made visiting Gulf beaches convenient. The property manager, Adam (for the boat orientation), and the pool maintance person, were extremely accomidating and efficient. We can not say enough wonderful things about our stay here. We highly recommend this Villa and we would definetly stay here again!

About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
