We had the most lovely holiday in this house. Everything was nice and clean. We loved the house and the neighborhood. We have been in Cape Coral before in another apartment. We will for sure try to make it to this house next Florida holiday.

It was very spacious
We enjoyed our three months in Villa Sunshine and hated when the time was up.It was very spacious and inviting with a kitchen to die for with every item that one could want, that is if you have the time or want to cook. The view over looking the pool, in turn overlooking the large canal was spectaular!! We were disappointed that were unable to have it for the next year!

This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is located in SW Cape Coral. The 10 000 Sq Ft lot is located right on 150ft wide canal and the lanai has perfect southwest exposure where you can enjoy both the sun and the beautiful view ALL day. The big lanai has a lovely pool and a spacious dinner area.
The Villa offers in total 2203 sq ft, three bedrooms, three bathrooms a big living room and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
All the bedrooms have king sized beds and beautiful wood floors.
The living room has a flat screen TV, a sofa with two recliners and a rocket with a recliner.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
The villa also offers WiFi if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.
The villa has a big garage to park your car and is also equipped with four bikes.
