My only wish with this property is for a more flexible cancelation policy. Having to book so far in advance with no recourse should a problem arise which would prevent travel, is difficult.

The new Villa Sundance for six persons is located on an OFF-water plot in a quiet location with East orientation.
You can find recreation during your stay at the fully equipped pool area with dining table, comfortable seating corner and sun loungers. In the beautifully shaped pool it is wonderful to swim with morning sun.
Three high-quality bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with a kitchen, where nothing is missing. Everything is beautiful, modern, and stylishly decorated.
There is also a ping pong table, darts and bicycles available so that no boredom comes up.

Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
