Fantastic visit
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this rental property for two weeks in February this year. Everything was very updated and clean. The view onto Thunderbird lake was very peaceful. The owner was close by and was available to answer any questions we had. Our stay went way too fast. We would rent here again.

Spacious home with perfect location
We’ve spent many vacations in rented homes in Cape Coral and this definitely one of the best. The location in southern CC is perfect and the lake offers you a beautiful breakfast view. The house is nicely renovated and well equipped. Kevin and Shirley are service minded and easy to get hold of if you have any questions!

About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
