Minimum StayWe absoultely loved Villa Savannah!
We absoultely loved Villa Savannah! The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured on the Vacanza website. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels (both beach and bath), and had a large washer and dryer. The pool was fantastic, we chose not to heat it since we visited in late July so it was very refreshing in the summer heat. The pool lights up in different colors at night, which made late night swims possible and fun. The grill provided was also super, and we had all our meals outside in the lovely dining area. We had a wonderful stay in Villa Savannah, and definitely recommend this property. We would love to return for another vacation.

What a relaxing, inviting and peaceful place to vacation or just REST. Very private, The landscaping provided great privacy. Comfortable and convenient to everything.

This beautiful villa is located in a nice neighborhood in SE Cape Coral. Located near downtown Cape Coral which has a variety of restaurants, also nearby is the Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach. A gorgeous canal view provides direct gulf access to restaurants, Ft Myers Beach, and Sanibel Island.
The villa has a gorgeous lanai with a heated pool and spa. The area is spacious, plenty of room for sunbathing and playing. There is also a wonderful outdoor dining and seating area equipped with a grill, everything to make for a perfect stay.
This villa offers tons of natural light and is 1,948 sq ft of air conditioned luxury! Spread out amongst the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy TV room, a billiard room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a stunning view leading to the lanai and large master bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, this room has a TV. The third bedroom has queen bed with a window overlooking the lanai.
The villa offers WiFi so you can use your own phone, tablet, or laptop.
The outdoor space is very large and has all day sun exposure. The pool is large and perfect for everyone, the spa is a great way to end any day! The pool and the spa are heated by an electric heater. There is a seating area and dining table outside, perfect for enjoying the sunsets.
