The perfect home for the perfect vacation!
The owner, Bernie was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions that we had about the house or the area. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac and we felt very safe and secure during our stay in this home. The house is just as the photo's suggest, exquisite! Whether young or old, adventurous or cautiously tame this place is for you! There are bicycles supplied (4) and the roads in the area have bicycle lanes. There is plenty of gear for your trips to the beaches and for the pool. There is fishing equipment for fishing from the dock (our grandchildren loved it)! The pool and the dock (sunsets) were our favorite areas and we shared almost all our meals at the outdoor kitchen and dining area which was perfect for us. Phillip of the local management company was always just a phone call away and very helpful.

Stunning villa
From the minute you walk in the door this villa certainly has the wow factor. Absolutely stunning. The furnishing are all very high standard and the villa is well kept. The entertainment system and all the high tech equipment is second to none. We loved the outside seating area and using the pool and hot tub. My husband enjoyed fishing from the deck area with the fishing rods that were available to use in the garage. There were also many other items available to use like deck chairs, cool boxes etc for the beach. The villa is situated on a lovely quiet cul de sac and has lovely views of the river from the back deck area. It is also near some lovely restaurants which we tried out. Would love to visit again, Bernie was very nice to deal with we wouldn't hesitate recommending the villa to anyone.

Amazing Home
This house was incredible!! I thought the house was great and Loved the Lanai area and the Dock area.. Kitchen fully stocked with what you need.. The only thing would be more towels and beach towels.. Otherwise everything was top notch and was a quiet area.. Great restaurants!! Beautiful view of the Canal and the amazing sunsets.. I would recommend staying in this house.. I hope there will be availability for us next yr!!
