We spent 10 gorgeous days at the house and did not want to go home. The house is beautiful, furnished with everything you need.The pool are is awesome.The beds are comfortable, and everybody has enough space to enjoy privacy when need it. Thank you to the owners for great memories we created.

Beatuiful house, great vacation!
Just got back from our FL vacation at Villa Rocky Beach and had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed- well stocked kitchen appliances, comfortable rooms, and awesome pool/hot tub with easy to use heating controls. Mr.Fuchs was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond when we needed anything. Only recommendations I would offer would be to add locks up high on the doors as we had small children who could undo the lower locks and perhaps add more rugs to reduce some of the echoing throughout the house (both only issues because of our young children). Would definitely recommend!

A new, beautiful Villa located on a wide canal with Gulf Access in the SW best neighborhood. Close to everything – restaurants, Marina and shopping malls. The new modern, and elegant home has 4 bedrooms – 1 Mastersuite, 2 Queen bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 Twinbeds. 3,5 bathrooms give you a nice privacy. The white kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters has it all. Dining area in washed wood and leather for 8 people as well the living room with white sofas and sideboard with fake fireplace and a huge TV let you feel the luxury.
The outside area is huge with spacious lanai, an oversized electric heated saltwater pool and Jacuzzi. Great place for sunbathing, BBQ and entertaining. A captain’s walk to your own boat dock. You will have a breathtaking view over the canal. Here your vacation dreams come true.
