The 1,500 m² property is bordered on two sides by canals (south-west location). Because of its 640 km of canals, Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America. In only a few minutes the canal leads you to the Gulf of Mexico. A lovely pool area with a 14 x 28 feet large solar heated and screened pool is perfect for lazing around.On 1800 sqft you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (in one of it is a tub), living- and dining room and completly equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, etc.).

The price bases on an occupancy of two travelers, every additional traveler $10/day. You have to add 11 % taxes and $130 for the final cleaning. Electricity is included up to $20/week. The minimum boat rental are 3 days which are 450 USD, every additional day 110 USD plus 200 USD for the mandatory professionalorientation.
