A wonderful stay at Palmetto Dunes Villa
A nice villa in a good neighborhood fully equipped for 7/8 people. Nothing is missing to have a wonderful stay in Cape Coral... the house was really clean and everything working in good condition. The local staff of the agency very helpful in case you need them. Thanks @Sven

Peace , Privacy & Tranquility in Cape Coral
Myself & Hubby have spent the last 15 years holidaying in Cape Coral at Christmas time and we love it more each year , we have met many wonderful friends over the years that live here and they have become part of our life ... In the meantime what makes our holiday even more special is the home we rent for the duration and to be honest this home is the very best that we have had the pleasure to rent in all the years. From the initial booking , to the management of the property all were very professional. The house is well equipped and has very comfortable furnishings throughout, the house is built around the pool in a courtyard setting and there are walls halfway up the screen area for complete privacy . We still do a bit of work while we are holidays and we had no issues with the speed . This house is really suitable for 2 families or to bring your Mum /dad in law due to the layout of it . If you have children there are plenty of board games, pool tables , bikes etc to keep them entertained . The house felt like home from day 1 and we have booked again for this Christmas . Thank you to the owners for such a wonderful home .

great house for a vacation stay
This is a great house for a vacation stay - especially with accompanying guests. Their is a separate guest suite that is perfect for your guests. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, safe. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Property! Great location! Friendly Owner and property manager
We absolutely loved our stay here so much that we didn't want to go home and last minute asked to extend it by a few days and Guenter was more than willing and made it happen. Thank you so much for putting so much thought into this rental and being accommodating to families. My kids loved finding the closet full of board games and activities. My favorite part was the layout of the house with the pool in the courtyard and the house surrounding the pool on all three corners made the property feel very private. The only problem we had the entire stay happened on the last very last day of our stay when the stove broke which wasn't an issue for us. Also on arrival the pool wasn't filtering properly but Guenter sent Sven the property manager right over with his pool boy and the problem was fixed immediately! The location was perfect! We made trips to Captiva, Sanibel, Fort Myers etc almost daily. Thank you for having beach chairs, shovels, beach toys etc. for us to use. Excited to visit again!

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
