Premium Home - perfect stay
We are a family of six, and visit Florida twice per year. This home was one the overall best we have stayed at in several years. The spacious living area off the kitchen has a beautiful view of the pool and canal though glass sliders which lead to the outside eating area. The inside was very clean and provided plenty of pool towels, kitchen utensils, and everything needed for a long stay. The home is situated in an upscale neighborhood and felt safe. The rental company and management were very responsive and easy to work with. If available, we will likely stay here again in the future. We loved this home and would highly recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Wonderful Stay!
My stay was for 2 weeks. My family and I simply had a wonderful time! It was very comfortable and relaxing for us all. The house was lovely. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The local administrator of the property, Sigrid, was extremely gracious. Would definitely rent again! Thank you.

The Villa La Sal is located in a very pleasant quiet residential area on a 10000 sq foot plot of canel.
Built in the new Florida style with pool area facing west you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets overlooking the canal. Even a separate whirlpool is not missing.
Three bright bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious living area offer enough space for up to six people.
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment plant.
It uses no liquid chlorine, but the salt plant produces chlorine gas, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.
Those searching calm, recreation and want to relax, can spend a wonderful time at Villa La Sal.
About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
