Villa Tropicana in a fantastic canal location

Details

Home Description

INFO: Hurricane Ian destroyed the cage surrounding the pool and terrace area. The renovation has been ordered and efforts are being made to have it rebuilt as soon as possible.Spend the best weeks of the year at Villa Tropicana.

If you sit on the spacious pool terrace and enjoy the view of the canal, you can wonderfully forget everyday life.
The tropical ambience is provided by the beautiful plants around the pool area.
The beautifully shaped heated pool also has a Diana Spa.

Sufficient space is available with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a generous living area with kitchen, breakfast corner, dining room and two living rooms, all very comfortably furnished.

There is a large boat dock for mooring a rental boat at the canal.
Enjoy the sunset, perhaps with a summer drink, at the Tiki hut on the boat dock of the villa.

Tropical flair in the Villa Tropicana

About The Area

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
