Dream view of the water: It is one of the few head land on Nimrod channel. From the Dock, and the 25-meter Captain Walk you can watch dolphins and Manetees, fishing and enjoy the view of the tropical garden with palm trees.
The exceptionally large plots in the neighborhood guarantee you peace and privacy.
A special variant for families:
You can spend your holiday with friends and yet preserved your privacy: Simply rent for max. 16 people, our two neighboring houses dolphin view (2451400) and blue marlin (2,463,457).
In only a few minutes on the sailboat canal to the Gulf of Mexico, with no bridges - a dream for all boaters. Your boat you can moor right next to its dock or on one of the two boat lifts.
The Villa Dolphin View was extensively renovated in the summer of 2015 from us and very tastefully decorated. The high quality kitchen with a granite worktop, wine fridge and central hob leaves no wish unfulfilled. The luxurious ambience of the villa is not comparable, since we use the villa also private with usual holiday villas. It is rented out to vacationers since the end, 2015.
The living area is approximately 250 square meters. The large glass façades make the rooms flood with light. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely.
All rooms are equipped with TV and fans. Two separate
Master areas are equipped with private bathroom, bedroom with king-size beds, walk-in closets. Perfect for holiday of two families or visiting grandparents. Two lovingly furnished queen bedrooms with the subjects 'Seastar' and 'Blue Ocean' is just for children of the dream! Our own four children have been involved in the design room.
The geräumigeTerrasse with heated pool and hot tub is covered in the dining area.
A large gas grill, pool lighting and comfortable lounge chairs invite you to cozy barbecues on the terrace.
For your beach excursions you are beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella available.
