The villa has a private dock with lift and can offer a 24 ft Regal motor boat for your easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel.
The big lanai has a lovely pool, a hot tub and a spacious screen in dining area. The pool area is not screened in only the dining area. The pool has electrical heating.
The Villa has four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a big living room and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and TV. The second bedroom also has a King sized bed, third and fourth bedroom both have Queen size beds and all bedrooms have spacious closet space.
The living room is very spacious with a lot of space for every one to enjoy both the TV and the fire place.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
The luxurious pool area has perfect south exposure, so you can enjoy the sun all day. You will also enjoy amazing views over one of the widest canals in Cape Coral.
The villa included two kayaks, a lot of toys for the pool and a great sand box for the children to play in.
