This large direct Gulf access custom built home is located in the desirable Cornwallis area. The lanai features a heated pool and spa, a western rear exposure for those beautiful sunsets and plenty of room to entertain. The 60 foot dock has a 10,000 pound boat lift. The deep water canal is only minutes to the river. The large lanai has plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. There are 7 kayaks, 2 of them are tandem, 4 paddles boards, 2 bikes and life jackets as well. Villa Belle Rio offers a split floor plan with the master bedroom on one side and the guest rooms on the other side. It has a large eat in kitchen and a separate dining room. The kitchen has solid wood cabinets with crown molding, hard surfaced counter tops and Kohler fixtures. There is a cozy den with a pull out couch and a desk for those who enjoy a quiet space. The master bedroom has a tray ceiling, a walk-in closet, and sliders to the pool area. The master bath has dual sinks, corian countertops and the walk-in shower has dual sprays.
