It has a fantastic view of the canal it sits on. It has a view of the West with sun almost the entire day as well as a view of the sunsets during the evening. It lies just three minutes from the Caloosahatchee River with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
The pool patio is fitted with a sofa as well as 4 sun lounges . There is a table with six seats under the patio roof with a propane grill. There is a reserve tank in the garage. The pool allows for endless fun and relaxation with a great view of the garden.
There is a dock by the canal with enough space for chairs. Fishing is allowed from the dock. The front of the house has seats and a table where you can enjoy the morning sunrise with the view of the cactus garden.
Villa Beach has three bedrooms which allows for enough room for the entire family.
There is one master bedroom wth a kingsize bed, one guest room with a queen bed and another guest room with two full twin beds
The kitchen is well equipped with an ice maker in the refrigerator and microwave. Washer and dryer is also available.
The only traffic is the residential traffic on the street. No through traffic.
