Everything was great. Very clean and hosts were great. The only thing that I would suggest is updating the 2 tv's. Very small and outdated. Besides that the place was as described and pictured. Look forward to going back.

Great house for family
Spent two weeks with family in this lovely house and plenty of room for all 6! House could use some minor cosmetic updating but everything worked as it should so no complaints. Perfectly centered around our friends and family was perfect. Would totally do this again!

home sweet home
After a day of travel, we were greeted with a wonderful bottle of wine and lovely music. What a kind welcome. The kitchen was well equipped and super clean. The heated pool was a delight and the lounge chairs in the lanai were comfy for sunbathing. The neighborhood is super quiet and perfect for evening walks. We enjoyed many shows and dinners out, especially Cape Coral Cabaret. The Neil Diamond outdoor show at the Edison Ford grounds was a great sing-along show. Spent time at the beach, and shops. Florida has plentiful fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. Sun Harvest Citrus has the best homemade key lime pie and fresh juice free samples. Our 24-day stay was a very relaxing vacation in a very lovely home. We plan on returning next February. Jan

The Villa Allegra has been newly renovated and furnished in 2012 and has room for six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Also, the living and dining area, and a bright typical American kitchen are perfectly equipped.
The most beautiful is the stay on the spacious pool terrace, which invites you with comfortable garden furniture to relax and unwind.

About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
