Villa Africa was a overall eksklusive housing. Have noe problem recommend it to others. We was 4 norwegian people staying her for 10 days in sept./okt. had a great time here. Nothing missing. Hope to come back some time.

The house is everything described.
The house is everything described. Marie was a great hostess. The opportunities for many events abound in the Fort Myers area. We really enjoyed the spacious great room and pool area. The only drawback is that most of the time we drove for 1/2 hour to visit many places of interest.

The house is comfortable and spacious
We are four adults who stayed at Villa africa for three weeks and had a great time. The house is comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the pool and eating al fresco on the lanai each evening. We would recommend this house to others and in fact, tried to rent it for next year, but unfortunately for us, it was already booked. Something that is new to us, but apparently is common for rental properties now, is the additional expense for electrical consumption. Our bill was $329.00 for three weeks, which is an added expense above and beyond the regular rental fee.

This villa was beautiful!
This villa was beautiful! Very clean, very large. Well equipped with everything. We had no problems at all. Nice patio area with pool and lanai and BBQ. Sunshine all day long. There was a canal behind us with fish, turtles and a big iguana. Very enjoyable stay. Its a bit far from the beaches about 30 min. Overall a beautiful place to stay

This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood. The lot is located right on the the water where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the canal. The lanai has a lovely pool and a spacious dining area.
The Villa offers in total 2346 sq ft with A/C, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining area, office and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a TV. The master bathroom has a big shower with plenty of space for two, double sinks and a walk in closet. Toilet is separate. The second bedroom is slightly bigger than the third and therefore also has a King sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and also has a TV. Both these rooms share the second bathroom.
The Villa offers a spacious office, decorated with signed, original photographs of famous Hollywood stars, shot by the house owner! The office has two nice desks, plenty of office supplies, computer with 17 screen and high-speed Internet, printer/scanner/copier, telephone and fax that helps you keep up with business or stay in touch with friends during your stay!
The living area offers a 55-inch TV, a DVD-player and a powerful Sony stereo device for your enjoyment. There are plenty of books, movies and disks for you to enjoy during your stay. Dining room has a big dining table with plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
