A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
