We own the vacation rental houses Caribbean Island Supreme Deluxe, Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe and Caribbean Island Dolphin View. The Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe offers 3 king-size suites plus guest room - approx. 2,422 sq ft under air (4-zone A/C) plus a huge pool plus lanai area on a 13,200 sqft lot with tropical garden.This is not a regular rental home! We use the house for our vacation, later for retirement. Southern exposure on wide saltwater canal with Caribbean landscaping in the quite but central Golf-Club Area in SE Cape Coral. No long distances as to the SW. The living area with big flat-screen tv is open style with kitchen/serving bar plus dining room-cathedral ceiling. The 2 master suites have a 60" tv and the Coca-Cola Suite has a 46" tv - even the guest room has a flat screen tv. The house is allergy-friendly with ceramic tiled floors throughout. W-LAN High-speed Internet at no additional cost. The highlight: stunning electrically heated oversized 'disappearing edge' saltwater pool with unobstructed view, and a spa (electric heat). We offer a large screened in pool area -complete width as the house- incl. lanai. Private boat dock/sun deck. You have direct access to the Gulf by boat in just 13 min – no lock, just 1 bridge. Our property manager is in town and always glad to support you when there are questions about the house or the area.Unique Standards - Safety: The Caribbean Island is unique as it is custom built according to our wishes and high demands. It is designed to customers' requests and built according to the latest hurricane standards for your safety. The house is launched for vacation rentals in January 2008. On request we supply you with another website with plenty of pictures of this beautiful home. Boaters will love the short only 13 minute ride to the river. Of course we have a boat dock on which you also can relax in the sun. You can dolphins, manatees regularly. If you like to tackle you will also like the boat dock that protects you a little bit from the wind. We rent boats, the handover can take place at this premises. We work since 2008 with Cape Escape Boat Rental. You get a contract from us. The boats are insured, which is confirmed in the contracts. Please ask for details. To get to the Caribbean Island is quite easy. The easiest way is to book a flight to Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers, which is loacated just 30 minutes from the house. You can pick up your rental car directly in the aiport! There is no shuttle neccessary any more! From Miami International the ride is about 2:30 h and from Orlando International 3:20 h. We personally selected premium furniture, blending colours and design to reflect our Caribbean and Mediterranean influences. The loving 'fine tuning' and luxurious and extensive furnishings give this residence an exclusive and unique charisma. All this made our wish of getting our own 'island' come true. Enjoy the life of Dolce Vita in and on our Caribbean Island! - By the way: Not only hobby cooks will love the excellent kitchen with its stunning granite counter tops and the perfect range of equipment including cooking pots from the world famous German market leader Fissler. About The Area
Cape Coral is a known as boaters paradise. Since 2008 we also rent boats. Get by boat to Sanibel and Captiva Island from your "backyard". Watch dolphins and manatees and enjoy Southwest Floridas prestine beaches.

Suitability
We are very children and family-friendly and offer plenty of space! The house offers beds for 8, if your group is larger, no problem, we offer 2 inflatable queen-size bed, which are very comfy! Boaters are very welcome. If you rent a boat with us for hassle-free handover at the Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe, you may use the boat lift at the house. The ride to the Calloosahatchee River is only 13Â minutes! There are even extra towels for boaters!
