For your comfort and well being, you will find a fully equipped house including three comfortable bed rooms, two nice bath rooms, a modern living and dining room for up to six persons as well as a spacious patio and pool area with a lanai. Your rental car will find it’s place in the large two car garage and in the back yard of your villa you will have your own boat dock with lift for your rental boat.
The beautiful property lies in a very quiet cul-de-sack of a convenient located residential area at the “South-West-Coast” of Cape Coral, just south of Cape Coral Parkway. Many different palm trees and flowering bushes are growing in the villa’s garden and around the house. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets while sitting on your south west facing patio within the tropical surrounding.
