Our family lives all over the United States. When we would rent homes in Cape Coral for our get-togethers we had great difficulty finding fully appointed, yet affordable, homes that had more than 4 bedrooms. So we decided to build one. We enjoy vacations so much more when they are shared with friends. And the Cape Coral Family House offers the perfect opportunity to share an economical Florida vacation with your family and friends! Families can stay at the Family House for less than they would spend renting rooms at a hotel with only a fraction of the amenities!
This home is a place for one or more families to enjoy an economical family vacation in Florida - but not at the expense of enjoying some luxury! The house has a total of six bedrooms. Four of those bedrooms have King Sized beds. The two other rooms have single trundle beds (perfect for children who might fall out of a full-sized bed!) and can sleep two each so the house can hold a total of 12 people comfortably. The house has a beautiful view complete with a disappearing edge southern exposure pool that sits on a canal basin that intersects with three gulf-access canals in southeast Cape Coral. This is a perfect house for a MULTI-FAMILY VACATION and economical enough for single families to rent.
It's hard to express in words the many details that have lovingly gone into this home in order to create a place where your family can feel pampered and relaxed. The house is built around a Great Room concept. The Great Room is where you can share a meal or enjoy a show in the built in entertainment center. Around the Great Room are 2 Master Suites and 4 smaller bedrooms. So there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own room. And if you have kids, this means there's a better chance of kids sleeping in!
Some of the small details are art niches, plant shelves with indirect lighting, custom tile patterns, Corian® countertops, soaring ceilings, crown moldings, beautiful spans of glass and glass doors to enjoy the view, and so much more. And don't think that we stopped at what the eye can see. This home is also functional and luxurious as we created lots of details with your family's comfort in mind. You can enjoy ceiling fans in every living and bedroom to help keep you comfortable. Or maybe bathrooms are your "thing". Enjoy a relaxing soak in a beautiful Zen-like soaking tub that fits 3 people and holds 90 gallons of water. Or perhaps showers are more your speed. If so, you'll enjoy our double person "walk around" shower with double adjustable showerheads. Or perhaps you might enjoy a rain shower with 127 streams of water from an adjustable 3.5 inch shower head in the 2nd Master suite bathroom. Or maybe you just need to catch up on your sleep? Simply slip in between the incredible softness of the 400 thread count sateen sheets on any of our brand new king sized beds. Bolstered and surrounded with lots of pillows of course! Go ahead, you deserve it! Or maybe you simply need to grab yourself a glass of wine and head out to the spa and have yourself a nice long soak while watching the stars twinkle overhead! And what's so nice is that you can enjoy all these things for a very affordable price!
The pool deck is tiled with multicolored brick pavers. The pool is accented with gray tiles, dark finish and gray slate decorative tiles. The pool has several waterfalls, raised planters and a luxurious spa. The pool is done with a disappearing edge so it gives the optical illusion that the canal water is coming into the pool.
