Fantastic time in Cape Coral
The house was great, and we had a wonderful vacation! 4 adults and 5 children, and plenty of room for all of us. . Not a single problem while we were there, and everything needed for a great vacation was found in the house. The kids had a lot of fun in the fantastic pool, a lot of pool-toys were found in the garage. We loved the area, and hope to come back for another visit. We went to several beaches, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Bonita Springs. Everything needed for the beach were in the house. We also did a lot of shopping, we recommend Miromar Outlets, only 30 min. drive from the house. Publix is located 5 min. drive from the house, so shopping for grocery was easy. We were also lucky to participate on the big 4th of July event in Cape Coral, "Red, white and Boom", fantastic fireworks. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Perfect Accommodations!!
I can't find a single negative thing to say about my stay at Villa Sierra! The home is very well appointed which is important to me as a parent. Not having to worry about the little things really makes a vacation stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen had more than enough ceramic and plastic dishes, utensils, and cookware. There were even some plastic ware that we used for leftovers. Each bedroom had spare sheets in the closet and there more than enough pool towels and bath towels for my party of 8. Another huge plus was that Villa Sierra allowed access to the garage (with a remote opener) where we found beach chairs, 2 coolers, pool floats and children's life vests. The pool area was clean and neat. Really, everything was clean, neat and up to date. I would definitely consider another stay here! And then after my stay, Danielle processed the return of my deposit only 2 days after my departure. Thank you for a great vacation!

Quite enjoyable holiday
We stayed about eighteen days at this house in Cape Coral and really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of small problems that were quickly handled by the manager Peter who was easy to get in touch with. We did have to purchase a few small items as either the cleaners or previous renters had not replaced them such as liquid hand soap, laundry products. We also needs to purchase oven mitts and some child sized plastic glasses. We purchased these items and left them behind for the next renters. The house itself was very clean and well laid out for families. The pool was very clean and large enough to keep everyone happy for hours and there were plenty of pool towels. Weather was good for the time of year and the house is well located for shopping and restaurants. Nice beach at the Cape Coral Yacht Club was only about a ten minute drive. House is very well equipped if you have a baby or toddler. We have rented several houses in the Gulf Coast area and this is one of the best.

Wish we Could've Spent More Time Here
About as central Cape Coral as you can get! Very clean. Very close to groceries and restaurants! Everything she said it was and more. Check in and out was a breeze. Wished I could have spent more time there.

Great Place

Wow

Had Everything We Needed
The house is exactly as depicted on the website. It's roomy and clean and well decorated. It is stocked with everything needed and is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It is also about a 30 or 40 minute ride to airport and Sannibel/Captiva. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. We had an amazing vacation and would love to come back.

Super Nice
The house is exactly as described. Very easy to communicate with Peter (the property manager). The house is fully equipped. Nice pool area, huge master bedroom with lovely bathroom. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Welcoming details like a bottle of wine and treats for our little dog. Location is great to explore Florida west coast with plenty of accommodations nearby. Perfect
Not only was a location perfect center spot for us to travel to Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers beach.... the pool was the perfect way to relax by before dinner in a quiet part of town!!! Thank you Danielle for your quick responses!!

Ideal Spot
We had a wonderful time at the villa. Check in and out went smoothly. Peter the property manager took care of everything. The neighborhood is quiet which we appreciated. We spent most of our time out on the Lania and in the pool. We needed a stress free vacation and this spot was ideal.

Would definitely stay here again
The house was clean and spacious. Lots of towels in the closest to use. Nice open floor plan. Plenty of floating devices in the garage and other toys left behind to play with. It was a very quiet area. Was able to rent a kayak and have it delivered to house with no problems. Little far from the gulf to kayak there. Would stay here again if ever in the area again

Kids had a great time
We are a group of 4 adults & 3 kids (8,6&3). The house was spacious, clean & in a lovely location. The pool was great for the kids & they spent hours in it. The house is everything you could want. No complaints about anything. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful House
Staying in Danilles house was great. It is a beuatiful house very stylish. The house is equipted with all you need for a good holiday. The surroundings are good, quiet at night, no heavy traffic. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Danielle had made a handbook with places to visit, maps, restaurants and more. Overall a nice place to stay

The house was a great setting for our family vacation! We travelled from London, met family from Florida and all stayed together at this great property. There were 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 7,4,5 and 1 year). The property description is perfectly accurate. It was great to have a crib, pack n play, high chair and stroller available to use! The pool, outside area and dock are great. We caught fish from our dock and had a terrapin that came to visit each day. We ate most meals outside and having use of the bbq was really good. The house was amazingly clean and was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher tablets and even a welcome bottle of wine. There was more than enough towels, beach towels, pillows and bed linen. We had a query which was answered quickly and remedied within 2 hours - the property managers were quick to respond. The house is well positioned for the supermarket, restaurants (Duffy’s does great food and drinks!) and a visit to Rotary Park is a must! The butterfly house tour on a Monday, Friday and Saturday morning is fantastic - the kids loved it. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again at this property and would certainly recommend it

Enjoyable
Danielle's property is awesome and so is she and the property manager, Peter. Always very helpful and quick responding, the house was clean and very well maintained. The leisure area is awesome for relaxation, pool games or barbecue. Everything worked perfectly and we couldn't have enjoyed more. The property is very well located close to major grocery stores, beaches and entertaining places. I will return surely, we were six in my family and two more can fit comfortably. They were so kind that even a snack was waiting for my dog as we arrived. We couldn't have had a better holiday. PERFECT ! THANKS !

Villa Sierra sleeps 8 comfortably and features 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The home has just been completely furnished with brand new top of the line furniture, mattresses, linens/towels, kitchen appliances/accessories and electronics. It is allergy-friendly with ceramic tile floors throughout the entire house.
The master bedroom features its own 32” TV, a new King size “World Class Simmons” mattress and includes a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with his and her basins, soaker tub and separate walk-in shower. The master bedroom has pool views through its direct pool access sliding glass doors.
