On arrival we walked in to a pristine and completely equipped inviting home for our six week stay. How wonderful! Our vacation started immediately after unpacking and doing a light shop at the extremely close by WinnDixie complete with beverages. Villa Savannah has an exceptional easy flow floorplan. Most of our time I admit was spent in the huge lanai and on the great dock area at the canal. It was fun watching the fish jump and the various boats come and go in the canal daily. The majority of our meals and entertaining was done in the lanai. My husband biked, walked and soaked up the sun daily while I spent no less than 3hrs. every day in the huge heated pool. There are TV's in all bedrooms, family room, lanai and a bonus at the house is free USA / Canada phone calling and WiFi. The house is close enough to the Yacht Club/ Beach to walk if you wish and all shopping and eateries also very close. We found it very easy to come and go everywhere as it is centrally located in Cape. There is nightlife complete with live music within a few minutes drive and also there are several churches very close by if you wish to attend. Our granddaughters totally became mermaids after their March Break Week with us. We are super anxious to return in 2018 and have no worries about returning to this great vacation home. Danielle is very very accommodating and Peter (house manager) is only a phone call away if anything is needed. We highly recommend this rental home and Cape Coral. Villa Savannah - You won't be disappointed !
My wife and I stayed at Villa Savannah for six weeks from February through March. Everything was just like it was described in the listing. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and the screened lanai, and spent a lot of time outside. (There's even a tv on the lanai) During our stay our daughter and her family came for a visit and everyone completely loved this beautiful home. The bonus was sitting on the dock in the morning while the sun was coming up, watching the fish jump out of the water. I would highly recommend this home, and would definitely stay here again. Spring break family vacation
We absolutely enjoyed everything about your home! The place was perfect! It was nice to walk in to a clean home with a great decor and a very welcoming bottle of wine on the counter. We traveled with our three boys ages 7,2, and 5 months. It was so nice that a pack play and high chair was provided. The home was set up great, we loved the decor. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was perfect for the kids. The boys fished off the dock and caught three different fish. On one of the days we rented a boat which was surprisingly inexpensive. It was so exciting when we saw dolphins swimming right beside us in our way to sannibel island. We took another day and spent it at fort Myers beach. We will definitely be back next year. I highly recommend the house!!! Danelle was great and always responded in a timely fashion. Our deposit was refunded very quickly. It was a great vacation!!!! Thanks Danelle, we will be back!!!!

Awesome Property
Our 3/2016 Visit The owner (Danielle) was very nice and always responded back in a timely manner with any questions we had. The property manager (Charlie) was very helpful. He visited us the second day to see if we had any questions or needed anything. The property was clean and well maintained. The property was exactly the way it was advertised. (No surprises) The neighbors always waved when we saw them. The location was perfect, not too close or too far from a major road. The canal had good fishing and the dock was large with good lighting. Great Place
Danielle's place is great. We really enjoyed the pool. The house was very clean. Good location, especially if you want to explore the West Coast such as Captiva, Sanibel, Fort Myers, Naples. Both Danielle and Peter were great and answered emails/texts right away. The house is equipped with everything you might need

Fishing off the dock was amazing
Had great time family of six very spacious and all bedrooms where apart from each other very happy that all of us was able to have our privacy and space. Beautiful property inside and out was able to fish right off the dock in the backyard and catch fish and crabs

Family was thrilled with the house
My whole family was thrilled with the house. Was perfect for our trip. Extremely clean, comfortable and included all the amenities we needed. With 2 teenagers the private bedrooms for each kid was perfect. The whole family enjoyed the lanai/pool area - it's absolutely the central point of the house. Location is wonderful. We were in the area for a week long baseball tournament in Fort Myers. It was no more than a 20-30 minute drive to all of the field locations. Very easy. During a game delay we even invited a teammate and parents back to the house for burgers and to relax. I like how thoughtfully organized the house is. For example all the light switches are labelled (small detail but it helped to settle in!). The property manager is wonderful - very thorough, prompt and welcoming. Felt we were in good hands for our stay. Many good restaurants and stores in area. We had no trouble finding what we needed within short, easy drives. We spent too much time at Cape Creamery down the road (enough to redeem a frequent buyer card during the week!). I could easily stay here again as the stormy weather during our trip didn't allow us to do a boat rental or explore the beaches as much as desired. Plenty to do (or not to do!) depending on your vacation style. I highly recommend this rental to anyone considering visiting the area.

We had a great stay at Danielle's house. Restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. The beach is only about 30 minutes away by car. The house was spacious and very comfortable for four people. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the large lanai was a great place to eat breakfast and dinner.

Will definitely be back
What a great month we spent at Danielle's villa! Everything was as described and very well put together. All the little things were there too...beach towels for the pool, fans in all the bedrooms, all the amenities you would need in a vacation home. The location was perfect. Very close to the main Cape Coral beach along with tons of places to eat. We would definitely go back!

Enjoyed our Stay
Danielle's home is the most well-appointed home we've ever rented. It is beautifully updated, all of the furniture is comfortable and stylish, the kitchen is really well stocked (dishes, glasses, pots and pans, appliances, spices, coffee and tea, etc.), there are lots of bath and beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, and toys for the pool. Peter met us upon arrival and was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and answering our questions about the area. The house is very clean. Pool and hot tub are lovely and relaxing. Driving to the beach was easy. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home!

Great Family Getaway
Danielle’s space is perfect for a family getaway. We have a toddler and the space worked well for her. Highchair, toddler utensils, and plenty of pool toys! The pool and grill are perfect for relaxing family afternoons. Very clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay again!

This house is great. I felt like it was a home away from home. Hot tub was so fun and relaxing and couldn't have loved the outdoor space more. House had plenty of linens and towels which was great. I LOVED all the kids stuff. The crib was absolutely perfect for my daughter and the highchair was so portable and convenient. I didn't end up bringing my daughter many toys but honestly it was okay because she was entertained with everything else. If you are looking for a low-key, homie feel that is close to delicious seafood this is the house for you! Also, the putt putt course nearby is the best course I have ever been too. SO fun

Hello! I’m Danielle, the owner of Villa Savannah and this is why my family and I absolutely love our time at Villa Savannah.
Every guest is greeted personally after their arrival. It is our pleasure getting to know our guests and helping them enjoy our villa (we have a spotless 5-star record from all guests!). Villa Savannah is a family friendly Villa in the affluent Cape Coral Yacht Club area. This salt water canal home offers gulf access with only 10 minutes out to open water and Gulf of Mexico.
From the moment you arrive, you can enjoy many activities and amenities within minutes of the Villa — like our pristine beaches, championship golf courses, boating on the Gulf of Mexico, jet-skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing excursions and a lot more. Just want to relax? No problem….. Spending serene days by the pool, in the hot tub, fishing off the dock, watching the dolphins and manatees that frequent our canals or a day at the beach will have you relaxed and refreshed (keep reading!).
Here are some of our favorite features of our Villa Savannah:
OUR BEACHES: There is much versatility in our beaches and they are wonderful for kids too, with gentle sloping waters, no sudden drop offs and soft sand. We even provide the bucket and spade for building sandcastles, as well as other kid-and-baby-friendly items like a high chair, Graco Pak-N-Play and toys for the pool and beach so you can pack a bit lighter. The closest beach is only 5 minutes from the Villa (Read more at the bottom about our beaches)
GOLFING: For golf enthusiasts, there are 5 golf courses all within 15 minutes of the Villa. They are public or semi-private and each one is a bit different from the other, so you'll want to try them all!
BOATING: Considering renting a boat? Villa Savannah is 10 minutes out to open water and in Florida, you don’t need a boat license. Boat hire is readily available - the hire companies can deliver the boat directly to the back yard dock, so you can explore the many beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches only accessible from the water. We especially enjoy touring the islands and watching the families of dolphins that we often see in the canals and open water. We usually make a day of it and the take the boat to Cape Coral Cayo Costa State Park with over 9 miles of white sand beaches, shelling, nature trails, and bike rentals or tour Picnic Island. At the end of the day we enjoy dinner or drinks at many restaurants only accessible by water.
SHOPPING: Cape Coral area is a shoppers' paradise from designer boutiques in Bell Tower to Miromar Outlets with over 140 designer and brand name stores and Tanger Factory Outlet mall. There are quirky shops at Cape Harbor so if you boat there for lunch, walk over to their quaint street of shops. We look but seldom buy at these stores as they are a bit pricey.
DINING: There are more than 20 restaurants within 5 minutes of the Villa. Our favourites are Lady Lobster which has exceptional Fish & Seafood, Iguana Mia – known for its excellent fresh made Mexican food, Sicily Italian Tratoria, a small restaurant with great ambiance and all fresh from scratch, homemade Italian food and Brewbabies which has excellent French & Continental cuisine (but it’s a little pricey).
BIRDER WATCHING & UNIQUE WILDLIFE: Burrowing Owls, Manatees, Dolphins and more. Southwest Florida is home to some unique wildlife and it can be in your yard! We have seen manatees and dolphins in the canals at our Villa and there are burrowing owls on the block. 5 minutes from the Villa is our Great Florida Birding Trail, Rotary Park which has a rugged trail that is less than one mile long and passes through uplands & salt marshes. Possible wildlife sightings include tortoises, alligators, snakes and a large variety of wading & migratory birds. There is a boardwalk, so it is wheelchair accessible and passes through a mangrove with a broad area of oyster bars & shallow flats that is a good area to view wading birds, especially during low tide. Both trails have observation towers that people can climb to get a bird’s eye view of the area.
SAFETY: With 2 daughters, Safety is of utmost importance to us. Cape Coral is the fourth safest city of its size in all of Florida. It is also the safest Florida city for motorists and it was ranked the 6th Best Place to live in the United States by CNN Money Magazine.
VILLA AMENITIES: Villa Savannah features LED flat screen TV’s in every room and on the Lanai, a large sun deck and huge dock with boat lift. A family friendly environment, Villa Savannah extends to our little guests Graco Pack N Play (play-pen/portable crib) high chair, and pool/beach toys for your convenience. For trips to the fabulous beaches nearby, beach chairs, beach towels and portable coolers are included.
This beautifully manicured and professionally landscaped home, with exquisite Eastern exposure offers sunshine all day long. The private screened-in lanai with 40 foot heated pool and covered dining area is perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The pool area/patio includes an outdoor gas BBQ, patio set and poolside loungers. The pool area is visible throughout the house through 3 large sliding glass doors off the dining room, family room and master bedroom.

Cape Coral Yacht Club beach is just 5 minutes away with a lovely pier where each morning you will see dolphin families frolicking in the water. A landscaped beach with playground equipment, BBQ grills, bathrooms and a fishing pier. There are also free tennis, racquetball and shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and public boat ramp with access to all amenities at the Yacht Club and free parking. Keep your eyes peeled for the flock of green parakeets that roost there during certain seasons, they won’t steal your lunch, but they are beautiful!
Fort Myers Beach is ~15 minutes from Villa Savannah and boasts miles of white, sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico, where the ocean floor slopes gently towards the horizon with no big waves. This beach is the perfect place to engage in watersports such as parasailing, kayaking dolphin eco-tours, jet-skiing, wave-runners or fishing charters – or simply relax and watch the breathtaking sunsets.
Sanibel Island Beach is a short drive from the Villa. Sanibel Island is located along the Gulf of Mexico and is known for the amazing shells that can be collected when the tide goes out, luscious dining (seafood, of course!), fishing, boating, or just plain relaxation, a chance to get away from the hurly burly and draw closer to nature. Tucked in the secluded southeast corner of tranquil Sanibel Island there is a six-acre secret garden woven around a beautiful beach-side resort -- home to over 100 types of exotic and unusual flora and fauna.
Lovers Key Beach is one of our four barrier islands that make up this state park. A haven for wildlife, the islands and their waters are home to manatees, bottlenose dolphins, roseate spoonbills, marsh rabbits, and bald eagles. The two mile long beach is popular for shelling, swimming, picnicking and sunbathing.
