In addition there is a wireless computer connection, so you can bring your internet phone, wireless computer or PDA. The house was recently partially refurbished and updated, check out our many pictures of this home. The home now features a beautiful fireplace. It has big screen TV's in most rooms with HD programming. The boat dock with Tiki Hut allows relaxing right by the water. Enjoy the patio and BBQ with friends over a terrific view of the canal and a vanishing edge on the pool. We also offer boats for rent! Important This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge. For online reservations: You will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
