This was our second stay at this property. Once again the home exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious enough to accommodate our family of 6. The location of the home provides a relaxing environment both inside and out. The pool is well kept and maintained. The Tiki Hut is perfect for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. It is situated perfectly to watch sunrise and sunset. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatee in the canal. Be sure to take time to enjoy the kayaks and bicycles which are provided. Sue is fantastic to deal with. Great communication from check in to check out. Very easy process. Deposit returned quickly. We look forward to returning next year. Eric and Faith Willoughby

JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED! LOL
We enjoyed our stay. Home was lovely, had everything we needed. Would have loved to stay longer. Quiet neighborhood, with very nice neighbors. Weather was beautiful, we had a constant breeze on the dock under the tiki hut (24/7). That was amazing! It was very hot in Cape Coral the week we were there, 90+ degrees but with the breeze from the water you had no idea how hot it really was. Even though this home is one of the older ones in the neighborhood I have to say the set up was perfect. Beautiful views from almost every room. Kitchen fully stocked. Love the large countertop area. Place was very clean and beds were very comfy. We brought our own paddle boards, we also went kayaking with the kayaks that the home provided, we fished and BBQ everyday...It was a fabulous time. Such an enjoyable vacation home.. a beautiful home that had everything you could possible need...a great inside home and a spectacular outside.. The view of the river along with the dolphins going by was a site we all enjoyed!!! Certainly we would return to this vacation home.. we truly loved this home and the location...

Amazing Villa
We had a lovely 2 week break at Sue's Panoramic Villa, the views were stunning.. my favourite place was the tiki hut and we even stayed down there during the day sunbathing as the breeze kept you cool on the hot days... thank you for letting us stay

This 2500 square foot home is the ultimate vacation home for the entertainer and boater. The house has a very open floor plan, yet affords privacy for all. If one group chooses to watch sports or a Netflix movie on the 60 inch TV in the family room , another group can converse or read in the living room, den, dining room or bedrooms.
The location next to the river is in Palaco Grande, nicknamed the “Gold Coast” of Cape Coral where you can watch dolphins, rays and fish play from the comfort of your deck chair.
Walk down to the private dock under the Tiki Hut to fish or or sunbathe or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes away! We are also close to golf, great restaurnats, shopping and outlet malls.
At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Sunsets while sipping a beverage, grilling a steak and sampling southern Florida fresh seafood. Our pool is heated both by solar and electric so you can swim at your desired temperature.
Inside, you'll find spacious, light filled rooms with panoramic views of the water from every room! You'll love the sliding doors that disappear into the walls, opening all the main living areas to the screened lanai .
The master bedroom suite is 12 x 35 and is decorated in a spa like atmpsphere with a coastal style king size bed with temperpedic mattress, 2 walk in closets, make up area, 48 inch TV with Netflix, oversized reading chair and walk in shower. Sliding glass doors lead to the lanai and pool.
On the opposite side of the house one guest bedroom features a king bed and the other guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Twin sleeper chair overlooking the water.
Additional sleeping space is available in the den with a queen sleeper (and its own 48 inch TV) and there is a twin mattress and box spring can be brought out of the storage closet and set up for sleeping.
This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc.
