Stunning Villa in excellent location
This villa is indeed stunning. Everything is as described and immaculately clean. There is now also a fully equipped gym on the first floor and the pool table has been moved downstairs. The rental company was very responsive and the deposit refunded quickly. We were met by a local agent, who gave an initial tour of the house and explained its many high-tech features, like the motorised mosquito shutters, Bose entertainment system, Apple TV, outdoor Japanese style Hibachi Grill and Gas BBQ. There is also an iPad for use by the renters, with which the entertainment system is controlled. Internet access is truly high speed and you can play internet radio stations through the Bose system or access Spotify or your own music library via Apple TV. There was initial supplies of toilet paper/kitchen roll and cleaning materials and plenty of pool towels. Any maintenance issues were sorted out immediately. The location is quite, but within easy reach of Fort Myers. There is a big Publix close-by. We had a wonderful time and have already booked to return next year.

Wonderful house
We rented the house for two weeks in July 2020. The house is great with 5 big bedrooms with bathrooms. We loved the pool and outdoor area. We highly recommend this house. it is perfect for 8-10 people.

Terrible!!
Do not waste your money staying at this house! Terrible property management, expensive to heat pool($250+/day to heat to 85°), property management did not check gas levels and so we were unable to use pool or gas grill for half of our trip. Property manager was not accessible and would not return phone calls

Gorgeous Home
Absolutely AMAZING home. Very modern and spacious. The pool was amazing. My kids did not have to leave this home to do anything. Everything was right there for them from the pool table to the ping pong, the pool, bike riding and the fishing. They had so much fun fishing. We caught Snook, lady fish, sail cats and snappers. We had friends that stopped over that were in "aaahhhhh" of the beautiful home. My kids loved the bikes and the area was a few dead end roads so they could just go for a ride and not worry about busy traffic. I give this home more than a 5 star and we will be renting here again. One small upgrade could be a bigger oven. It did work for us but we had to use the grill as well.
