The villa features a wide open floor plan with great flow between all rooms and the large screened in lanai with heated pool. The spacious family room with HDTV and stereo, the living and dining rooms, the master bedroom (with flat-screen TV), and the kitchen are all open to the lanai and pool, and have broad views of the canal. Fish or relax on the large wooden deck with a tiki hut out over the canal with dock.
Egrets may wander by, and manatees and occasional dolphins swim right by the deck. Mature tropical landscaping surrounds the Villa, including trees that provide bananas, limes, mangoes, and coconuts in season. Cable TV, free wifi, indoor/outdoor stereo, a barbeque grill, fishing tackle, and bicycles are also provided.
On the boat lift is a 21' GS211 Hurricane FunDeck center console deck boat with a quiet and efficient Yamaha 150 HP 4-stroke outboard that can be rented separately at a discount by experienced boaters. Boat access to waterfront restaurants and the Gulf of Mexico and is just a few minutes away. (Ask for details!)
Master bedroom bath suite has separate sinks, European shower, and whirlpool bath. Two additional bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, and two singles. The living room and family room sofas are convertible to beds, and there is also a foldaway crib. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The villa is all on one level.

Southwest Florida - including Cape-Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and Marco Island - offers cultural attractions, museums and performance venues, fine restaurants, golf courses, natural areas, and other recreational attractions. Minutes from the villa are Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva (world's best shell-hunting!), Naples, and many beautiful beaches of pure white sand, all easily reached by car or by boat.
There are nominal cleaning, and excess electricity fees that are paid to our manager, as well, because extra A/C in Summer and extra pool heating in Winter can increase electricity costs. Florida State tax is 6% and Lee County room tax is 5%.
