Fantastic house
Upon arriving at Villa Santa Cruz we found a huge gorgeous home with a fantastic outdoor area. The home was very clean and had all the appliances one would ever need. The outdoor area under lanai was fantastic, 3 seating areas, one of which had a fire pit in the middle! The included boat was in like new condition and ran perfectly on our 5 trips to various restaurants and beaches. The pool and spa worked perfectly and were heated to whatever temperature we desired. I would not hesitate to rent this home again, one of the best I've ever rented.

Awesome House
Besides being an unbelievable house, its location is ideal for going to Cape Coral Beach and with a wide varietie of restaurant in the immediate area. The house comes with two kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards. I use the kayak every morning to go fishing and just to enjoy all the views along the canal. The house also comes with a variety of 10x sickles that are neatly hanging on the wall. I used bicycles daily even going across the street to the local Publix grocery store . The bikes come equipped with a locking mechanism which was awesome as well. The pool area was beautiful and very spacious. It comes with multiple lounging chairs including two inside the pool, a hot tub and several hanging chairs that are very relaxing. There is a ping pong table in electronic dart board as well. The interior of the house is unbelievable. All four bedrooms are very spacious with well-equipped bathrooms. Although we didn't cook much while we were there the kitchen comes equipped with about everything you need to make anything. The upstairs is spacious as well and comes with a nice pool table and lounging area and another TV but we spent most of our time downstairs in the living area. I met the owner earlier in the year and he was very gracious and allowed me to visit the home while they were occupying it during the holidays. All in all it was a wonderful experience but way too short. Looking for a longer stay next year :-)
