We had a nice stay with Family. Kids enjoyed swimming in pool. property manager Mr. Remy was only a phone call away if there were any issues.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT VACATION HOME
Thank you to Fritz for making the reservation easy. We had a wonderful Vacation. The Property manager took care of all our questions and needs, including a great Boat Rental. The house is spacious, clean and the kids spend all day in the heated swimming pool. Absolutely Great.

This Villa features 4 Bedrooms (1 King & 3 Queen Beds), 2 bathrooms, a large Garage and great Lanai & Pool Area. The interior is bright, features tiles and laminate flooring throughout. This house is not featured as a luxury Villa, yet is clean and cozy, provides ample room for up to 8 people. The Kitchen fully equipped and is open with a view to the Pool area and the backyard. There are plenty of towels and bed-sheets. We provide highspeed internet (WiFi) and basic TV.
Though nestled in a quiet and well kept neighborhood, all amenities like restaurants, shopping, golf courses and beaches are within easy reach.
About The Area
Very central, yet quiet and well maintained neighborhood. Situated at a corner of a navigable canal, enjoy a view over water and docked boats.
