Absolutely outstanding property and stay!
The house is beautiful and well equipped with the heated pool. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which was very comfortable for taking walks or a jog. The WiFi connection was excellent and we very much appreciated the extras that the home provided including such things as coffee (including filters) and condiments (e.g. sugar), cooking oils, laundry machines and detergent. There was even a complementary bottle of wine in the fridge that awaited us! The home was fully stocked (other than shampoo and soap). It was very convenient being able to use the garage door opener to park our vehicle in the garage overnight. My wife said the "best" part of our vacation was the moment she walked into this house!

Great Villa has everything you need
We needed a place to stay for a short trip to Fla. We were lucky this was available. Anything you will need will be at your fingertips. The villa is quite big and is roomy. Kitchen is well stocked to make all your meals if you choose. Loved the open concept and the way the house opened up to the pool area and grilling. Bedrooms are a good size as well and can sleep a large group. A short drive away you will have places to eat, stores and anything you may be looking for. Evi was quick to respond to any questions, especially when we were down there. Don't pass this place up if you need a place to stay in Cape Coral. Fort Myers airport is only about a 35 min drive.

Beautiful villa, beautiful setting
We have just returned home following a fantastic holiday in Cape Coral in this lovely lake side villa. This was our first holiday spent on the west coast of Florida and I'm sure it won't be our last! The setting for this villa, right on the lake, is perfect. It's picturesque and very relaxing and quiet. Not too far a drive away you will find everything you might need, supermarkets, restaurants, shops/Malls/outlets and lots of beautiful beaches. The villa is fresh, clean and nicely decorated. The pool area is a good size, it gets the sun all day, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery! The pool is well maintained, clean and just the right size for a dip. I can't thank our host enough, Evi made us feel very welcome! She went out of her way to help us out with a last minute holiday, was very accommodating. Very helpful and kind, thank you so much. We hope to see you again in the future!

Masterbed room with king size bed and a view of the lake. This is followed by the master bath includes double sinks, large tub and separate shower and separate toilet.
One bedroom with queen size bed and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as an exclusive, newly remodeled guest bathroom with glass equipment ..
All bedrooms are equipped with 32 '' flat screen TV and carpeting.
The living and kitchen area is very modern with view of the lake. In the living room, a 60 'flat screen TV and DVD player is available.
A separate dining room offers famous for a more exclusive dinner
.An Additional office gives them space for small traveling on business or leisure work.
The entire living area is tiled or equipped with high-cost arena.
Selbstverstaendlich Internet use with their own laptop or smart phone is charged.
The new pool area with built-in natural stone waterfall is to the south, overlooking the lake, aligned, so that you can enjoy the sun all day.
The built-in salt water pool Sonnenpad offers famous floatable sun loungers and a waterfall sound to relax. The pool is heated are electrical.
The roofed outdoor area is equipped with high quality, comfortable furniture.
And what would be a Florida vacation without a barbecue with america American steaks and hamburgers?
And also because we have thought. We offer our guests on three different grills! A state of the art
Infared gas grill, a traditional charcoal grill or for the convenience of an electric griddle.
For a romantic or cool winter evening we have for you a wood fireplace outdoors, of course, with data at its disposal timber.
Two Kayak's are available free of charge with paddles and life jackets may have.
Even a small motor boat can be rented for an additional charge reringen with.
