Honeymoon Paradise
Our honeymoon stay was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! Our hosts were promptly responsive and so easy to work with!! The home accommodations and amenities were actually more than you could ask for!! Absolutely everything we needed to enhance our stay was provided!! The home was beautiful just as the pictures portray and the scenery is literally paradise!! Only a 2 hour drive to Miami Beach!! This place is Paradise!!!! We are currently planning the details of our trip back!!!

Beautiful and private oasis!
Our stay at Bella Palacia was absolutely outstanding! The pictures do not do it justice at all, it is beyond beautiful and inviting. As someone who travels often and rents homes most of the time, it was clear to me that care had been taken in establishing this home and that it is set up as a home they use and just happen to rent out also. I love outdoor living and many homes fall short on thinking this through and maximizing outdoor living. That is absolutely NOT the case at Brad and Donna's home. First there is full access to bring the outside into the home with the fully opening sliding doors to the lanai. Within the screened in lanai there is a covered area with ceiling fans that has both a table for 6 but could hold more, a great grill and a wicker love seat and three wicker chairs, all with cushions. Also within the screened area (but not covered) are another four very comfortable chairs around a propane fire pit! The pool and hot tub are also within the screened area. The hot tub needs very little time to become the right temperature. Outside the screened area is a dock where you can feed turtles (we had 18 one morning), fish and take the paddle boat out (though you have to put it in and out of the water yourself so you will want to be sure you have the man power to do this). There is also a fire pit on the dock that uses wood and you can do s'mores on this one! The home is on a main road but once inside the front doors it is a pure oasis. The bedrooms are comfortable and private. They even have night lights around to help with navigating in the dark. The couches are so comfortable and you have the ability to use their satellite TV and can even record a favorite show or movie to watch later in your stay! The master bathroom shower is heaven! Nothing more can be said! You can get to Fort Myers Beach in about 35-40 minutes. Lots of great restaurants in the immediate area to the villa (15-20 min away) such as Rum runners, Miceli's and Sandy Hook (the last two are in a cool area called Matlche). The first two take reservations which is a great option. All of those three are on the water as well. We also took a day trip to Cabbage Key and had lunch and then did a little swimming just off North Captiva (cabbage key requires a boat to get there). Honestly it was absolutely amazing to stay at this home! I loved it, my family had a wonderful time and should my travels bring me back to Cape Coral there is no question I would stay here again!

Come to Paradise & RELAX! Our gorgeous home will check all your vacation boxes! 4 Bedrooms plus an extra room w/ pull-out queen Sofa. Sleeps 8 plus the queen Sofa/sleeper so sleeps 10. The waterfront views are spectacular on a fresh water basin & the electric heated pool and spa are brand new & absolutely breathtaking. The pocketing sliders open up the home to let the outside in. Close to more than you could ever hope for....Fishing and feeding all kinds of wildlife right in your own backyard off of our dock. Great Location close to everything...
Beaches...Shopping...Boating...Restaurants...Golf, and so much more! Many waterfront communities, with specialty shops & Restaurants. Bella Palacia has over 2560 sq. ft. indoors. TV's in each Bedroom as well as the Living Room. Each Bedroom has a theme...to make you feel like you are in Paradise! The Costal Bling Room....The Sea Shell Room....The Palm Tree Room....and the Master....is just a place for the 'Royalty' in you just waiting to be pampered like you deserve! With brand new king sized canopy bed. The Large Gourmet Kitchen has Granite and Stainless Appliances, with everything you need to make gourmet meals or just casually grill outdoors. Laundry...we have it! Professionally Decorated to make you feel like a Prince & Princess. Most of our reviews speak of feeling such a sense of peace...we believe we have prepared our home to be just that...a place of peace & rest....COME..ENJOY!
