The oversized lanai is perfect for entertaining by the large, electric heated pool. The house has a split floor plan with the master bedroom on one side and the guest rooms on the other. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated. Light and bright and nicely equipped. You will not be disappointed. The house is located in a quiet but convenient location.
