The house is so nicely and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to have an awesome vacation. The pool area is great! Super private so we never felt like our kids were bothering neighbors and we all felt comfortable swimming even late at night. The location is also a major plus and the bikes provided in the garage make exploring fun. When we wanted a bigger adventure we used the beach chairs and umbrella to make our own oasis on Sanibel Island. We are already planning a return trip! Thanks to Georgie and Renee for their help with directions, booking and easy check in and out. Villa Georgie couldn't be better! --The Mountcastles

Very relaxing....
We had a lovely time staying at this home. Georgie was very attentive. The décor and furnishings were perfect for the "beach" vacation we were looking for. House was nicely equipped. We loved the pool and my kids really didn't need to go anywhere else. The short walk to the Boat House was nice and pleasant. Kids loved the bike ride. Food was great! Would visit again! Thanks for accommodating us.

Great home away from home!
This was our second time in Villa Georgie because we like it so much. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we need. Its a good place to entertain a few friends with a pool, lanai, and lots of outdoor seating . The Yacht Club beach and Boathouse restaurant are a short walk. Downtown Cape Coral is a short bike or car ride. The owners are very, very responsive if something is needed.

AWESOME VACATION
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable and fully equipped. The pool was fabulous and the house is located just a short walk from the beach, a restaurant, and pier. The owner was available for questions and recommendations. Will I go back? YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!
