Great vacation rental
Villa Malibu is exactly as advertised and it was perfect property for our vacation. Sigrid was super host, she went above and beyond to highlight several local attractions and history of Cape Coral! If we come back to Cape Coral, this property will be our first choice.

Perfect Location
The house was beautiful on a canal and close to the Yacht Club area and Tiki Hut. great location to stores & Restaurants. the Pool area was very nice and pool heater worked great! pretty Palm trees surrounding pool area. the beds were a bit lumpy and could use updates. All in all it was a great place for a wonderful vacation.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
