Florida villa paradise, AMAZING
This home is absolutely gorgeous, super clean. Stayed 2 weeks - beginning of April. Pool & hot tub were perfect, as was the lanai. All furniture very comfortable, including beds. Kitchen, excellent, all utensils, pans, everything you could need. Master bathroom was extraordinary. Large shower next to large jetted tub. Quiet neighborhood, quiet lake. Close to everything. Would highly recommend. Wish we stayed longer. This was our 1st home rental, and it was great.

Absolutely Fantastic
We had a outstanding vacation at this lovely home. All accomadation were available. The house had very comfortable beds, extra linen and towels. Pleanty of kitchen utensils, cookware and place settings. Beautifully decorated, spaceous and very clean. The pool was clean with flootation devices, noodles and pool gear. The hot tub was so relaxing looking out at the lake view. We used the two bikes to explore the area. The bikes were in good condition. We were a little sckeptical to wire money to Germany as this is something that I personally have never done. I used transfer wise without any complications. Very easy to use and keeping your accounts secure. Lastly we did have an issue wiht the air conditioner not cooling the house. Sigi was wonderful. We called her and she personally came over within a half hour to assess the situation. She had a repair man out within the hour and no further issues. We would definately stay at this location again. CCVS has been a pleasure to work with and made our vacation a relaxing retreat.

About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
