Villa Marie is located on an L shaped salt water canal which leads to the Caloosahatchee River and out to San Carlos Bay. It takes 5-8 minutes by boat to the river. The location provided you with privacy while in the heated pool, hot tub and lanai.
Amenities include on site fishing, crabbing, heated pool and spa in the lanai. We have an outdoor living room set, dining table set, and gas grill. The garage is full of pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella, as well as two cruising bikes with lock if needed.
The house is furnished with high end furniture. The pool, spa and landscape are maintained weekly. The two car garage offers plenty of space for your needs.
Only a 2 minute ride takes you to the main boulevard where all the shopping and dining are located. If you choose to ride a bike around town, everything is close enough that it will not you long. Only a few minutes bicycle ride can take you to several restaurants, shops and the movies.
The gulf coast has plenty of activities. Restaurants are numerous. Lots of shopping nearby. Movie theater is down the street. Nice park at the end of the street.
